Leaving a Legacy
Looking back over the course of my career, I’ve come to realise that the true legacy isn’t the products we launched, the apps we developed, or the business goals we hit.
It’s the people.
The colleagues I had the privilege to lead, mentor & coach.
The individuals I encouraged to think bigger, speak up, and back themselves.
The future leaders who were bold enough to go beyond what they thought possible - and brave enough to run with it.
If I’ve shared anything worth remembering, I hope it’s this:
‘Be positive. Be bold. Be brave.’
‘Ask for forgiveness, not permission.’
‘Push boundaries. Challenge norms.’
‘Always look forward, learn from the past’
Never underestimate your ability to create impact - not just for yourself, but for those around you.
My proudest moments aren’t the ones with my name on them. They’re the ones where someone I coached, supported, or simply believed in went on to achieve more than I ever could.
That’s the legacy I’m proud to leave behind.
To everyone who’s been part of the journey - thank you.
Now go and keep doing great things. And remember to lift others as you rise.
